The Candidate
Prospects will be graduate qualified accountants with a proven track record of achievement at Board level in a fast moving and entrepreneurial culture. Process improvement is a key area of the role and candidates must be skilled at analysing business objectives and finding ways of streamlining and improving business processes. Previous exposure to a professional services environment would be advantageous but not essential. Candidates will have a commercial focus balanced with the ability to appreciate that the firm’s most valuable asset is its people.
