Barnaby Stewart Care are proud to be working alongside a leading Care Provider in the North West to assist them in their search for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to join the team at their flagship home in Cheshire.
The Role:
The home offers the highest standard of person centred care to their 50+ elderly residents, many of which are suffering with Dementia and as the Home Manager you will be expected to maintain this quality of care to the residents. The home is currently fully occupied and has an overall good rating with the CQC and will best suit someone with experience in running and maintaining a fully compliant and fully occupied Nursing Home.
The Person:
- Be an experienced Nursing Home Manager, a qualified RGN and have an active PIN.
- Have a thorough background working with the Elderly and those suffering with Dementia
- Have the desire and ability to offer the highest level of Person centred care
