Job Details
Our client a leading 3rd sector organisation are looking for a qualified accountant to work on a number of capital projects.
The role will be to run all the necessary accounting processes and documentation associated with the property portfolio including preparing the accounting models around the properties to get them ready for an external funding raise for redevelopment and repurposing. The interim will also be expected to help on ad hoc project including the financial year end and helping the organisation embedding recent software upgrades.
Applicants will have both working capital accounting knowledge and preference will be given to those who are also have some project experience. Candidates will be able to look at the existing processes and after making necessary adjustments make changes to supporting documentation and processes. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience of the ARGUS enterprise property system.
Please note this role is OUT of scope of IR35
