Project Director / Senior Project Manager Needed For A Repeat Client

Client:

My client are a privately owned and run main contractor that has both a National and international presence who have been established for more than a decade. They focus on projects to the value of circa of £50m across sectors including: hotels, commercial, mixed used and high end residential

Project:

My client are looking to recruit a Project Director / Senior Project Manager to oversee a design & build hotel project in West London which is valued at £16,000,000. The project consists of the construction of a new extension to the existing hotel which is going to consist of a 7 storey steel frame, comprising of a total of 74 serviced apartments, along with commercial space over the ground floor level and basement plant / back of house areas. The new extension at ground floor will consist of the existing restaurant being connected to the new development with the existing hotel, along with flexible entertainment space with an accompanying café.

In Return:

In return my client are looking to pay a salary up to the value of £95,000 + Package
