Imperial College Business School is a specialist provider of Executive Education, with an emphasis on strategy and innovation, healthcare, engineering and technology-based industries. Recent success and significant aspirations for the future have led to our search for a Director to further drive our development and reputation.
In this exciting new role, you will co-develop and implement a product strategy for Executive Education. Main responsibilities will include:
- Implement and sustain an approach to programme design and delivery that delivers a great outcome for individuals and organisations and is based on Imperial’s distinctive capabilities
- Ensure open and custom programmes deliver world class experiences which reflect the latest thinking and industry practice and use effective and innovative teaching and learning principles
- Drive blended, face-to-face and online leaning, working closely with the School and College Edtech teams
- Support the Custom Business Development team to win new business and expand existing client relationships
This opportunity will suit an individual who is a self-starter and a compelling communicator who has superb influencing skills. You will have an impressive track record in Executive Education design, with demonstrated experience of leading a team of senior, commercial and intellectual professionals. Strong strategic planning skills and evidence of negotiating and diplomacy skills are a must.
And as part of the management team you will want to be part of building a truly great place for people to do their best work.
This career opportunity will draw on your experience gained in positions such as Programme Development Director, Programme Director, Leadership Development Director, Director of Learning, Learning Strategist or Digital Learning Director.
