Job Details

My client is on a global finance transformation and have a need for a finance transformation project manager to join the team.

You will get involved with the following:

  • Workstream Reporting - consolidating the weekly status reporting provided from the GFTP Workstream Leads to produce the overall Programme Weekly Status Report. It is essential to understand the stakeholders for the report and use language appropriate to the audience
  • Project Plan - responsibility for the GFTP Programme Plan and ensuring that milestones are tracked and reported
  • Programme Reporting Logs - ensuring that the GFTP Workstream Leads have updated the key programme reporting logs e.g. Risks and Issues, Decision Logs, CEMLI, Lessons Learned, Defect Tracking
  • Stakeholder Management - build collaborative, collegiate relationships across the business and within the Programme Team
  • Implementation Partner Management - liaising between the GFTP Team and the Implementation Partner to ensure that external resources are available for all stages of deployments
  • Governance - ensure governance procedures are adhered to for all elements of the GFTP

The successful candidate must have the following:

Have worked on a number of finance transformations as the project manager
Experience of implementing Finance Systems
Proven track record of providing Project Management support to projects
Experienced in applying appropriate and differing methodologies/techniques to aid projects and maximise delivery success

It would be useful if you had experience of Oracle NetSuite and were either a part qualified or qualified accountant.
