Job Details
Our client is a leading private equity firm with a significant number of investments across Europe.
The Fund is seeking an Interim CFO for one of the UK based portfolio companies.
Duration: circa 3-5 months
Following completion of the deal, an Interim CFO is required to partner with the business and the private equity fund.
The successful candidate will have the following profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Proven experience as an Interim CFO following private equity investment
- Experience of working with large cap &/or mid cap private equity
