Interim HR Business Partner - SMCR
An exciting opportunity exists working for one of our clients, who operate within the Financial sector, as they look to engage an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial period of 6 months.
The role is an all-encompassing HR Business Partner role and duties are not limited to but will include:
* Working with Senior Leaders to define and execute the strategic people plan
* Being responsible for Talent Management Plans and driving this forward
* Leading on any Organisation Design plans
* Working with the business to continue with SMCR plans
The successful candidate will be a true strategic thinking HR Business Partner who has gained their experience within Financial Services and has working knowledge of the Senior Manager Certification Regime. They will also have excellent stakeholder skills and the gravitas to build credible relationships quickly and efficiently, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
