Job Details
Our client a leading care home provider are looking to hire an Interim CEO for a period of up to 6 months.
The role will be to manage 13 care homes with over 800 residents and be responsible for over 1000 staff. Over the course of the contract the role will be to act as the Responsible Individual for all registered care facilities , liaising with CQC and help upskill and assist the regional managers with the management of the business. Tasks will include reporting to the regional board on operating and financial performance, regulatory issues, new building projects, reviews of progress against Regional and house plans and other issues of significance.
Applicants will be from the care sector and have demonstrable experience of running residential or nursing homes. Preference will be given to those with demonstrable experience of previously being a CEO but candidates who have been a Managing Director or Director of Operations in the care sector will also be considered.
Please note this role is OUTSIDE SCOPE OF IR35.
