Sales Director - Luxury
Our client is a well known and highly respected luxury business, based mainly in the UK but with an increasing global footprint.
A branded business, with an exceptional proposition and award-winning levels of service, this organisation has created a new opportunity for a successful sales/commercial director to join the leadership team and help deliver the next phase of profitable growth.
The Sales/Commercial director will have full revenue accountability as well as ownership for customer experience throughout the sales process. Furthermore, they will need to act as the 'voice of the customer' around the boardroom table.
Alongside a material people leadership role, this role comes with a broad, commercial remit with accountability for revenue growth. Securing third party partnerships, seeking out fresh routes to market and additional channels will be essential as will the development of the product/service range, identifying and implementing new, sales-led customer acquisition strategies and developing an effective referral and loyalty scheme for current and prior customers.
This is an exciting and challenging role, ideally suited for a high energy, ambitious and charismatic leader with a background in sales, partnerships and customer experience.
