Axon Moore is representing one of the world’s leading and fastest growing e-commerce businesses as they look to hire a FP&A Manager/Business Partner to support decision making in a team that is the commercial heartbeat of the organisation.

Based in the Manchester head office and reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, we have an excellent opportunity for a qualified and commercially driven analyst/accountant to join and help lead the Commercial Finance team. In this role you will support key departments and senior stakeholders, making full use of your commercial acumen to drive value creation, adopting a data-led approach to recognise trends and undertake relevant analysis.

• You will provide actionable insight to support business decision making and planning, acting as a genuine business partner.
• You will enjoy the challenge of commanding large and complex datasets to produce analysis and insight, supporting non-finance staff in identifying opportunities, understanding current performance and planning future trade.
• You will have a proven capability of extracting relevant and accurate data from various sources, being able to model and present this in easy to understand formats.
• You will manage a small team of bright, talented analysts.
