Chief Marketing Officer
A leading Omnichannel retailer are searching for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop the group marketing strategy and vision as well as support and oversee the marketing activities. The role will lead a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct Group marketing initiatives and support as well as liaise with the marketing communities throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent entrepreneurial CMO balancing a practical mindset with a creative business acumen and lead people through complex marketing operations with a heavy digital tack record. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO's primary responsibility is to help the group gather market intelligence, generate group awareness, create group wide marketing programs (loyalty), generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire group, as well as being the custodian of the group overarching consumer experience. The Chief Marketing Officer leads and is accountable for all activities and performance of the marketing department. The trends, market intelligence oversee market, SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, CRM, Operations departments, customer experience, PR, communications and content.
The ideal CMO candidate possesses tremendous communication and leadership skills, with proven success in traditional and innovative campaigns across the broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels.
