Client Description:

Ambitious, P.E Backed Start-Up, operating within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Background of Assignment

The newly formed executive management team require the support from an experienced finance director to help establish and grow their business. The business has already completed 3 acquisitions in the last two months, with a fourth pending and the plan to acquire up to 20+businesses during the next two years. You will be tasked with supporting the CEO, COO and HRD to set-up the business in a way for it to scale quickly, meeting their ambitious growth agenda, however ensuring all the correct controls, governance and procedures are in place, positioning them for a future sale/IPO. In addition, you will work with the management team/PE House on post-acquisition/integration of the existing and future organisations.

Candidate Description:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Background in blue-chip / PLC organisations
  • More recent track record of working with Start-Ups and High Growth Organisations
  • Flexibility on UK Travel (Role requires 60%+ Travel)
  • Flexible working (Role is not office based)
  • Experience working for BPOs
  • Strong M&A background, predominantly acquisition integration and buy-side (IPO or IPO readiness would be useful)
  • Worked with P.E Backed Businesses (and ideally with P.E Houses)
