Sales Director - MarTech - Enterprise Relationship Management
Salary: Up to 120K Base (double OTE + benefits)

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Director UK and EMEA to join their growing team in London. The company is an Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) Platform that works with and enhances existing business technologies. This company works in CRM Data Automation, Relationship Intelligence and Relationship Analytics.
This company has aggressively grown over the last 18 months globally and is looking to explode further across the UK and EMEA. The technology is exciting and cutting edge which allows this company to dominate the financial, legal, professional and commercial real estate markets.
Some customers include: Sales force and Microsoft Dynamics.
This company has a global presence, frequently runs conferences, training programs, webinars and seminars.
The Role:
- Be a confident leader and join the London team with a running start.
- Be willing to help and mentor junior level executives.
- This role will be an individual contributor role for the first 6 months with management opportunities thereafter.
- Be involved in the full 360 sales cycle of new business enterprise sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.
- Hunt new business as well as up sell to existing clients.
- Selling to both mid-level and enterprise level accounts.
- Have experience in managing a team and coach towards success.
- Provide a professional service to clients.
- Selling to CMO, CFO & COO.
- Office based role
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will integrate into the team well
- A natural nature to want to help and mentor others
- Significant experience in selling at enterprise level selling MarTech solutions
- Knowledge/experience in CRM Data Automation, Relationship Intelligence and Relationship Analytics
- A proven track record of overachieving in sales targets
- A thorough understanding of the market and future trends
- Experience in closing large ticket deals
- Self-starter mentality and a can do attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A genuine interest in exciting new marketing technology solutions
- Thriving in a fast paced environment
