Main Tasks/Outcomes

This package of work is regarding the handover of knowledge from G2G consultants to the Lima Organising Committee.

The work requires 3 SMEs: 1 Lead Expert, 1 Expert and 1 Support role who will be responsible for the following deliverables: 

  • 3 workshops 
    • Coaching for Scenario Analysis and Decision Making at the senior level
    • Stakeholder Management for major events from corporate, FA-based planning to an operational structure for delivery
    • Games-time management & decision making 
  • 2 case studies (approx. 7,000 words each and to include teaching notes)
    • Host-city wide event organization structures
    • Major Events Readiness & Delivery 

All of the above to be delivered to Lima 2019’s Senior Executive team.

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in major sport events organisation and knowledge transfer
  • Extensive knowledge in Paralympic movement and knowledge transfer
  • Executive training and coaching experience
  • Executive level programme design and development experience
  • Leadership and strategic visioning
  • Harvard style case writing skills

Skills

  • Availability to start within 2 weeks from date of advertising 
  • Availability to travel internationally 
  • Available to work on additional similar projects beyond the initial deployment if required
  • 1st sift 11th February 2019 
  • Target deployment date early March 2019
