Head of Innovation & Insight

My client operates in the FMCG space, with a stable of recognisable FMCG brands, across several categories. The business are keen to strengthen their capability in this area, and as such are looking to find the best talent the market can offer.
The role will include full responsibility for the brand innovation strategy, across all brands. You will be required to ensure the business is ready to exploit future consumer trends.
Ensure the consumer is at the heart of all brand development
Support the brand team in building brand equity through relevant innovation
Support the business in its transition to a longer term, strategic innovation agenda
Management of the consumer insight team
We are looking for someone who can lead and oversee the Innovation and Insight agenda within the business. You will sit on the marketing Senior Leadership Team and deliver strategy and critical growth through Insight and Innovation. Experience is clearly vital, and must have beeb gained in an FMCG environment.
There is flexibility on location, across the south of the Midlands, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
