My client at Thurrock Council are looking to recruit a Head of Service for Quality Assurance, Safeguarding, Reviews and LADO. As the HOS you will be Managing 2 x QA and Professional Development Team Managers, a Deputy Service Manager who has line management of all the IRO's and CP Chairs (8 in total) and will oversee the LADO activities of the service.
Requirements for the Role
- Post Graduate Diploma within Social Care
- Registered with the HCPC
- Completed your ASYE if qualified post 2012
- Be an experienced Head of Service
