Study the Market of PMS's and create a competitive landscape
Use the competitive landscape to identify new PMS Partners
Foster strong new partner relationships to integrate Outswitch
Audit financials and update spreadsheets for revenue sharing with partners
Plan integrations and feature releases for the Outswitch Platform

*CLIENT SERVICING*

Monitor & Manage the Contact Email for Demo Requests, Trial Registrations, and Questions
Data Entry into the Outswitch Dashboard to create Users
Monitor the User Dashboard to identify & subscribe interested trial users
Help Onboard trial users (Provide them with the proper onboarding material (already provided) and answer their questions)
Support clients with issues and help Troubleshoot the issue (With the assistance of the technical team in Lebanon)

*MARKETING*

Engage trial users & customers with newsletters on Outswitch updates & upgrades
Campaign Outswitch on Social Media
