Change Manager - People Change

FTSE 100 Tech business, focus on people change, City of London, £80 to £100K DOE

This FTSE 100 technology business are currently looking for a change manager to work in the HR function and support a range of people change initiatives that are being rolled out. Working closely with the HRD and HR Programme Director you will work across a number of programmes focusing on change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, business engagement and readiness.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Strong background leading change management in large complex organisations
  • Relevant qualifications in change management
  • Ideally HR experience, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with complexity
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Hands on approach and willingness to throw your hand to most things
