The role:

As Corporate Finance Director, you will be responsible for the execution of transactions and development of new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to the continued growth of the division.

The scope of project work is broad, covering acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, buy-outs, major projects, initial public offerings (IPOs), real estate deals, debt structuring and issuance, and complex re-financings.

This opportunity will allow you to work on a broad range of domestic and international transactions for corporate, private equity and owner managed clients. Key industry sectors include healthcare, technology, financial services, energy, retail and consumer sectors.

Requirements:

I am keen to hear from professionals with deep expertise in Corporate Finance gained within a professional services firm, investment bank or M&A Boutique. At Director level, you should have a proven track record in projects execution and deal origination.
