A Housing Association with an established track record for building quality homes and investing in the local community is launching an ambitious new vision, focusing their efforts on becoming a modern, growing, efficient people business.

To support this they are expanding and increasing the capability and capacity within the Finance Department. They are looking to develop a high-quality service that partners the wider business to success. There are a number of exciting new role available, including for a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

The Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the establishment of a modern approach to the Business Performance Cycle, across Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting. The role will need to drive a value-adding partnering service across the business to develop enhanced analytical capability.  It will also support delivering complex models across asset management and development, ensuring appropriate financial appraisal of the long term investments.

To be suitable for the role you need to be a commercially aware qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and proven experience of influencing decision making. Previous modelling experience is essential, whilst applications from any sector are welcome.
