Are you an experienced IT leader who is looking for their next challenge? The Royal Automobile Club has a unique opportunity for a talented Head of IT to join the team at our world class private members club.

The role:
This is an exciting time to join the Club's leadership team as we undertake a strategic change programme involving significant investment. As Head of IT, you'll be key to its success ensuring that the IT environment underpins capital development and operational change programmes.

You'll be comfortable building upon the Club's new system architecture and data model programmes and using your collaborative and influencing skills to build internal and external relationships with colleagues, members and suppliers.

At the heart of your role will be the responsibility to lead the Club's IT Team (7 team members) to ensure that a resilient and secure IT service is delivered with supports both staff and members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our ideal candidate:
You will have a proven track record of successfully leading an IT function, ideally within a Member Services organisation, and extensive knowledge of IT systems, concepts and methodologies. You'll be practiced at managing budgets (c??1m) and building strong relationships inside and outside of an organisation. A project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2), experience of using MS Project and prior exposure to IT service delivery methodologies would be desirable.
