I am exclusively working on a very exciting and challenging new role for an exceptional and highly skilled recruitment agency COO. Your skill set will be fully utilised: it is essential to have had much exposure to different Projects (and have driven them through the business), Change and Transformation, Diversification, Strategy, Operations is also integral so it is imperative to fully understand and be able to manage the back office and support departments… All this within an international business, so global experience is a necessity. This is a vast role - both in turnover, but also in sheer size and scale, so a 'big ticket' recruitment agency background is essential, as is the ability to roll up your sleeves and truly get stuck in! You will also need to demonstrate the ability to travel extensively when necessary, coach and mentor the next level of operations directors and ensure timelines are consistently met by all those around you. This is a board level role appointment.
