Senior Management Consultant - The Company:

In order to help make this growth possible our client is looking to take on a new Senior Management Consultant. They're looking for an ambitious self-starter who can help their clients take advantage of the disruptions that new technologies create.

Senior Management Consultant - The Role:

This isn't a role for those just starting out in the industry, the successful applicant will be expected to take the lead on projects with blue chip clients from the beginning, so at least 5 years' experience is a must. Candidates must have demonstratable success in project management, ideally with a focus on the Financial Services sector, where they have successfully added value to a large enterprise.

Senior Management Consultant - Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking the lead on projects with the company's existing clients

- Maintaining regular contact with clients during projects to ensure satisfactory progress

- Managing Junior Consultants assisting on projects

- Writing and delivering pitches to potential clients in order to further expand the company's customer base

Assuming successful achievement of KPIs there is a built-in progression path to Junior Partner level.
