Job Details
Our client is one of the UK’s largest independent Elevator & Escalator manufacturing, Installation and servicing company’s providing lift maintenance and design, servicing, manufacturing, installation to Blue chip clients. They wish to appoint a project manager for modernization
projects.
The Role:
- Reporting into the operations director you will be responsible for managing a team delivering modernisation projects across the city ranging in value from £100k - £10m each
- You will manage the optimisation of delivery. Safety, profitability, commercial returns and highest standards of client satisfaction to budget and project milestones.
- You will promote best practice across the department ensuring robust project delivery process and procedures and weekly monitoring and reporting.
The Person:
- Ideally Degree in engineering qualified you will have a successful track record of the delivery of elevator modernisation projects
- You will have the experience and gravitas to lead and manage the team promoting best practice, project management expertise, customer satisfaction and innovation.
