Commercial Director

Our client is a leading UK main contractor working across Transport Infrastructure. They want to appoint an experienced Commercial Director for their Rail division which has capability across Track, Electrification, multidisciplinary projects and Civils on new & existing schemes across the UK.

The Role:

• Reporting into the group Commercial Director, you will lead the Commercial function both pre-and post-contract building and leading the Commercial team whilst implementing policy and systems to win and deliver profitable projects.
• You will have strong Tendering experience having successfully bid & won Rail projects within the UK at £50M plus.

The Person:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / MRICS qualified, you will have experience of leading a Commercial team in the UK Rail sector with a multidiscipline contract.
• Both technically and Commercially astute you will be keen to join a highly regarded contractor involved in some of the UK’s land mark infrastructure projects.
