Job Details

This role will lead the development and transformation of the customer marketing and operational communications, as well as developing the content strategy; ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything the company does.

My client is a FTSE listed utilities business, with offices located in Surrey. Instantly recognisable, you will be working for a UK leading employer.

Description:

  • Develop and lead the roll out of the content strategy, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything the organisation does
  • Lead the content team to create engaging personalised, segmented content for all channels and media
  • Lead the communications transformation project - reducing the reliance on paper comms
  • Partner with all business areas to create copy that best communicates the brand
  • Work with the content team to produce meaningful copy
  • Work with and manage agency relationships.

Profile

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate experience of developing communications in a large fast moving consumer facing company. You will also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant exposure to online marketing
  • A track record of developing and executing content strategies
  • An understanding of a regulated environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working at and with senior level members of a large organisation
  • Strong people management skills, with a track record of managing high performing teams
