Managing Director

*Equity opportunity* We are searching for a Managing Director for a VC backed B2B industrial services provider, based in Yorkshire. The company works with a variety of customers, and has good coverage of the facilities management and commercial construction sectors. The business is headquartered in Yorkshire and has a network of sites across the UK. It has revenues of c.£10m. 

There will be equity for the Managing Director, which could represent a significant wealth creation opportunity for the new MD over the next few years. This is a fantastic career-developing role for someone who can increase business performance and create shareholder value (and share in the profits).

The Role:

• Identifying new business opportunities and securing new contracts, as well as maintaining close existing customer relationships;
• Operational and financial oversight;
• Instilling a positive and productive workplace culture.

The Person:

• Proven P&L responsibility for a 70+ person business;
• Strong people management experience;
• Ambitious, hardworking and able to make an immediate impact.

There is a competitive six figure package on offer and an equity stake. The Managing Director will be based in Yorkshire with some travel to service centres required.
