Based in London although this is a global business so occasional international travel will be required.

Description

The Digital Project Manager works with internal & external customers and technical staff to deliver E-commerce and Digital Projects based on sector, region, country or company strategies within their functional area.

  • Has day-to-day ownership and global support responsibility for major process areas within the business.
  • Maintains ownership of the global template across multiple sectors for his/her process area(s) and reviews/approves change requests.
  • Lead and manage small to large sized projects comprising a complex program of business change. Develop project strategy, definition of success, approach and execution plans. Develop phased resource plans, task plans, status reports, project budget, milestones, and specific deliverables for each project phase. Define, measure, and deliver tangible benefits. Oversee Change Management and activities including project communications, organizational impact issues, training and more.

This is a critical hire for my client so we are searching for the best of the best! The successful Digital Project Manager must have experience in translating business issues into customer solutions including opportunity identification, requirement development and delivery, as well as budget management and managing client expectation. This is a fast-paced business and therefore proven ability to manage multiple projects in this environment is also essential.

My client offers high levels of autonomy and trust to their team, so the ability to make, implement and own decisions will be critical in this position.
