Role Brief

The Services deployment team are supporting a major deployment of IT services to a global base of 15,000 users. We need a Change Manager to define, execute and run the daily program change management on-sub projects throughout the program life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Documented and approve change management strategies for services evolution
• Project plans for change management activities
• Develop communication assets: stakeholder presentations, posters, videos, emails, SharePoint knowledge sites, etc.
• Develop training material: user guides, quick cards, videos, presentations, etc.
• Deliver results reports based on the change management strategy
