Job Details

An excellent opportunity for a high calibre Group FP&A Manager to join one of the world's leading and well-known brand based in Southwest London. You will support the senior financial leadership and be responsible for the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team, forecasting and reporting processes and ensure all corporate governance requirements are followed. This is an exceptional opportunity as it interfaces with various stakeholders in a large fast-paced organisation.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

  • A background in finance (qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Ability to implement new business strategies and practical and sustainable internal controls
  • Always meet tight deadlines; work under pressure and effectively manage a team through various competing and challenging objectives
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills and a pro-active self-starter
  • A strong track record of analytical and technical financial skills.
  • Ability to influence decision making and exercise independent professional judgement
  • Challenge the status quo and implement business improvement within the FP&A Group

  • You will be responsible for business partnering and driving optimum business decisions.
  • You will liaise with business management to ensure and support business value activities.
  • You will also be responsible for business partnering to manage and implement new systems and processes and drive efficiencies.
  • You will be accountable for the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
  • You will be accountable for the decision making in respect of cost reduction, profit and revenue increase and financial performance balance.
  • You will manage and challenge functional leaders to implement improvements and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and lead a team to ensure achievement of company objectives and strategy
