My client is looking for an experienced French Speaking IT Infrastructure Project Manager.

Mission
 

  • Manage the team in charge of IT Production external provider to deliver a good quality of service by taking account of the imperative of businesses and costs savings
  • Resolve all escalation made by external IT provider or Business focal point (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
  • Validate all unit resources evolution with the Business focal point agreement if necessary (Architecture)
  • Negotiate and challenge financial proposals from external IT provider
  • Break down the cost to guarantee a good internal rebilling
  • Assume the responsibility in front of the internal customer for all IT BP2S Department scope (Production, Logical security, Jurisdiction, Financial)
  • Make periodic service review and deliver a reporting
  • Respect the commitments of IT services and the contracts of external IT Provider
  • Find and answer at all opportunities studies to deliver new services
  • Manage the team in charge of Infrastructure projects
  • Follow up the road map projects

Profile

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the following areas:
  • Managing IT teams on different IT Projects.
  • ITIL Process experience.
  • Logical Security concept
  • Ability with budget figures, financial reports and accounting rules
  • Ability to formalise, to write synthesis, analysis, and documentation
  • Ease in relations and negotiations client/provider
  • CMMI
  • Architecture knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (MS Office, MS Project)
  • Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential,
