Head of Looked after Children
6 month contract
Full time - North West
£450 - £550 per day
Baltimore Consulting Group is currently partnering a North West authority who are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Looked after Children's services.

Required Key Skills for Head of Looked after Children include:

• Knowledge of process, governance and practice
• Knowing what Good looks like - Ofsted preparation or improvement experience
• Experience managerial experience from Head of Service level or above
• Specific knowledge and experience of Looked after Children (including Fostering, Adoption and Care Leavers services)
• Social care qualified
• Ability to work with partner agencies
• Ability to drive service standards and practice within service
• Innovate and problem solving skills to reduce case loads and evaluate service functionality
• Ability to identity staff development and training needs
