We're hiring a Head of Digital Product / Product Lead / VP Product for a Global consumer tech brand that plans to double its size in the next two years.

As Head of Digital Product / Product Lead / VP Product you'll be looking to bring your experience of understanding customers, user-centric design and your commercial product mindset to a business with the potential to make great digital product experiences.

The Head of Digital Product / Product Lead / VP Product will ideally have experience delivering significant improvements to partner/3rd party experiences on a large consumer or ecommerce platform, integrating both the digital and physical worlds.

Your responsibilities within the role of Head of Digital Product / Product Lead / VP Product will include:
*The creation of a clear product vision based on stakeholder and user outcomes and commercial viability in order to scale a large business even further.

*Work across the multiple brands, geographies and stakeholder groups to develop a strong digital product vision.

*Use analytics, BI and analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, make recommendations on improvements to customer experiences

*Work with the UX teams, architecture and engineers and commercial to specify on on-site merchandising, required features

*Constantly identify ways to improve team performance and efficiency, roll these out across the teams.

We are looking for a Head of Digital Product / Product Lead / VP Product who is highly adaptable, determined, future facing and customer centric. You will bring:
*Proven experience developing great digital product experiences in a B2C environment for business partner or 3rd party integration

*A proven track record of developing, improving and driving revenue uplift from creating engaging partner experience

*A strategic thinker, able to communicate plans and lead teams to deliver.

*Familiar with Agile & lean development environments and able to flexibly apply development methodologies
