My client is a leading employee benefits supplier and are at the forefront of change and innovation within this space. This is a global B2B and B2C product.
My client is a leading employee benefits supplier and are at the forefront of change and innovation within this space. They are constantly looking to evolve and improve their product offering and encourage their team to be a part of this through idea sharing and collaboration. They make work fun and don't take themselves too seriously, a sense of humour is a must to work here! Personal and professional development are central to their culture and every employee is able to attend at least one training course a year [relevant to their role] to upskill and learn new things. It sounds cheesy, but they really do care! Based in Central London
This product manager role is a hybrid role between a commercial and technical PM/PO position. You will work with global customers [B2B and B2C] across two products/platforms to evolve, develop and improve the offering. One of the products have recently been moved from a bespoke system onto a SaaS product, although the roadmap is loosely defined they are looking for this Product Manager to come in and challenge their thinking around this. You will champion both of your global products so will work with internal and external senior stakeholders to drive these products forward both commercially and technically.
This company is not looking for a 'yes person', being able to challenge ways of working and thinking are key to success in this role as Product Manager. You will be the expert in your products therefore should know the best way to evolve the offering, therefore the pre-defined roadmap might need amending/changing, they will look for you to drive this through. As my client is constantly looking to improve they are open to changing direction and you will not find lots of red tape and resistance against your suggestions [providing there is sound business rationale behind them]. As this is a pivotal role in the organisation we are looking for someone who has at least four years of experience as a PM/PO and can work across the commercial and technical parts of the product. Culture is very important to this client, they have got a great one and want people who will be a part of it - sense of humour and making work fun is essential.
£60 000 basic, great benefits package [they are an employee benefits supplier after all!]
