Head of Reward
A rapidly scaling technology start up based in Central London is looking for an experienced Head of Reward to design and implement compensation and benefits strategies across the company.
This is a chance to join an organisation with great potential as it begins to build out its senior HR function.
The ideal candiate will have:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, including a Global Compensation and Benefits role.
- Knowledge of compensation, salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, and market pricing.
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office Products and Google apps; including advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical and data driven
- Able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels whilst managing a complex set of stakeholders.
