Listed consumer business require an experienced Interim M&A Project Manager for a period of 6-9 months. You will be the key operational liaison between external advisors and the PLC board as they carve out a key asset from the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing historical consolidated, pro-forma standalone financials
  • Modelling assistance in updating a standalone financial model
  • Collect and manage date requests across the business, including managing a virtual data room
  • Support in tracking and monitoring of operational improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT
  • Experience in M&A from a hands-on finance/project management perspective
  • Execution experience in carve outs and VDR’s
  • Demonstrable analytical skills, combined with the ability to lead and manage in complex business environments
