This FTSE 250 business require a Head of Commercial to help set up a new digital business. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing all commercial activities of the new business in its set up and incubation. You'll also develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, and will ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and commercial success is achieved.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate.

  • Strong previous experience in a Commercial, Sales or Strategic Financial role
  • Worked in and managed a fast paced, agile environment
  • Great interpersonal skills with a good instinct for business
  • Highly defined analytic and problem-solving skills, with a practical numbers-oriented mind
  • Comfortable and confident working as part of a multi-dimensional team
  • Well-versed in all commercial aspects of the energy sector, ideally B2B
  • A good degree of knowledge about corporate management standards and energy regulations
  • A great communicator and motivator who can work with stakeholders at all levels

Additional information:

  • 6 to 12 month interim role
  • Regular travel with the UK
  • Immediate start
  • Day rate DOE
