Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager
An exciting opportunity exists working for one of our clients, a global business services provider, as they look to engage a new Diversity and Inclusion Senior Manager.
Reporting to the Head of, this role will be fully accountable for all Diversity and Inclusion insights, proposals, reporting and be influential in moving forward the
Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the wider business.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Leading the internal and external D&I brand
- Acting as a key influencer for the business across wider talent stakeholder groups
- Responsibility for D&I Group plan including programme design and delivery
- Ownership of all external reporting against governmental/regulatory requirements
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced and hands on Diversity & Inclusion professional who has gained their experience from working within larger organisations. You will also have proven experience of delivering successful initiatives with the ROI to prove this. In addition, you will be bold, collaborative and passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. Previous experience of managing a team and have excellent influencing and stakeholder skills is also essential.
