The Head of Information & Insight will lead the delivery all IT systems and digital initiatives at the core of this innovative housing provider. Working at all levels, you will shape and drive IT delivery, including data and insight strategies. As a visible leader you will ensure that customer insight and business intelligence are at the heart of operational and customer service decision making.

The Role:

The Head of Insight & Information will:

  • Provide strong, visionary leadership focused upon the outputs of IT across the organisation. Put customer centric, intelligence led decision making at the fingertips of the organisation.
  • Define, develop and deliver the IT strategy. Ensure continuous improvement and evolution of key customer facing solutions and strategic information assets.
  • Establish a coherent, unified approach to intelligence, insight and effective information management across all levels of the organisation.

The Candidate:

  • An experienced IT & Information Services Leader you will be adept ant engaging stakeholders at all levels. Experience in delivering information & intelligence led transformation is critical.
  • A strong influencer, you will drive IT and information strategies to successful delivery, producing clear and non-technical advice on complex issues. 
  • Bring a drive and ambition to deliver! You will drive the adoption of agile project management practices delivering systems and solutions for the benefit both customers and staff.
