Interim Finance Director - Holland
Day Rate: £800 per day

Location: Holland (5 days per week)
Recently acquired, high growth FMCG Business.
Background of Assignment
A major FMCG PLC has recently acquired a high growth business based in Holland and is now looking to install an experienced Interim Finance Director to integrate the business into the wider group and position them for future growth.
This will be the first Finance Director the business has seen, so not only will the focus be on post-acquisition integration, but to evaluate the capabilities of the existing team, implement the controls, procedures and governance which enable the function to grow and create the platform for future permanent hire.
To be considered, candidates will need to hold an accountancy qualification and have a track record as a successful interim finance director. Ideally you will have a blend large and small FD experience, spent time in FMCG, have previously acquired/integrated businesses and have significant Online B2C experience - this a necessity. In addition, it is preferred that candidates who haven't worked in Holland, have worked in Europe/Internationally and operated as FD at a local level.
Whether you are based in Holland or can commute weekly, you must be able to commit to 5 working days per week for the length of the assignment. Other than Christmas Period (24th Dec - 1st of Jan), candidates must be available.
