An exciting opportunity exists working for one of our clients, who operate within the Financial sector, as they look to engage an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial period of 6 months.
This is a critical hire for the business and will join a well-established team supporting them with their people agenda going forward. The role is an all-encompassing HR Business Partner role and duties are not limited to but will include:
- Working with Senior Leaders to define and execute the strategic people plan
- Being responsible for Talent Management Plans and driving this forward
- Leading on any Organisation Design plans
- Coaching and mentoring Senior Leaders and stakeholders within the wider team
- Managing any ER cases as needed
The successful candidate will be a true strategic thinking HR Business Partner who has gained their experience within Financial Services. They will also have excellent stakeholder skills and the gravitas to build credible relationships quickly and efficiently, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
