Our client is a new Payment Gateway, created in 2016/17 in Manchester and still 100% owned and funded by their founder.
During this development period the product suite/offering has grown tremendously to the point they are now looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join the board.
They have developed a unique payment gateway, that is backed by all the major card issuers, both in the UK and USA. The product will revolutionise the collection of monies/invoices due, as it facilitates the instant payment of invoices; globally.
It is the first product to offer all the main payment acquirers/issuers in one platform, that is integrated into the merchant's sites, including built in AMLR and its own “e-sign platform”.
To date there is no known global competitor, there is genuine unique IP and huge global potential, which will become immediately clear when demonstrated
Our clients' needs an experienced Chief Executive Officer who is entrepreneurial themselves, with a “can do attitude” and will bring a proven track record in the Payments Industry, ideally UK and/or USA
The product suite is fantastic, with hardly any competition in the global markets they do business in; with a great financial annuity based model. There is already serious interest from the USA to partner/launch as soon as possible
The CEO must be proven & experienced in the “Fintech” and/or Payments arena with fund raising experience through to IPO/exit and industry contacts.
(In the last 16 months, the company has already received 4 offers to buy its IP/code, even before trading; so, early exits/trade sale is highly likely.)
You may have just exited a start-up or looking for your next challenge; this will attract CEO's looking for a high equity exit within the next 24/36 months.
