Interim Head of Resourcing
Our dynamic client requires an interim Head of Resourcing for a business-critical project. This role will report into the Group HRD
Review existing Resourcing Team capability and organisational structure
Design and architect a standardisation/harmonisation of recruitment business processes
Deliver benefits realisation metrics
- Must have extensive experience a either Head of Resourcing or Head of Recruitment or Head of Talent Acquisition
- Have a demonstrable track record of reviewing HR strategy, processes, systems and frameworks in a growth environment
- Possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills, with well-developed influencing experience
The role will require the successful candidate to start ASAP for 3-6 months.
