Our client is a leading utilities contractor with a significance across the North West. Due to the exponential growth of the business they now require Business Improvement Leader to assist in the next stage of their growth.

The Role:

  • Will review all current internal and external process and systems with a view to implementing a comprehensive Business Improvement strategy that will be rolled out across the business.
  • Will work closely with the senior management team and engage heavily with the Operational Leaders across the business.

The Person:

  • Will ideally be of degree education and have a experience in implementing Lean/Prince 2 principles within the construction industry.
  • Will be keen to join a largescale business with a view to enhancing/streamlining and moving to a Director's position within a given time frame.
