Business Development Director
Our client is a UK based Car Dealership offering high-end and prestige vehicles through B2B and B2C channels. Due to promotion, they are looking to hire a Business Development Director to oversee their rapidly expanding UK sales team.
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the company’s Sales Team with the primary goal of developing new business throughout the UK and targeted International Markets
- As well as expanding accounts with current clients, your primary goal will be to acquire new business and drive sales across Contract Hire and Leasing, Vehicle Rental and Short-Term Leasing clients through both B2B and B2C channels.
- You will have full autonomy over Sales Strategy and will work closely with both your sales team and the Company CEO to implement this strategy successfully throughout the UK.
- Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record of increasing sales within the Car Dealership industry. You must possess an in-depth knowledge of high-end vehicles and have had a significant amount of exposure to the prestige car industry.
- You have strong industry contacts and a detailed knowledge of market trends within the industry. You are open-minded and have experience in developing and implementing growth strategies which target new markets and potential clients.
- You have experience of utilising digital channels and Ecommerce platforms to directly serve current customers and target potential clients.
