Group FP&A Director
A unique opportunity has arisen for an accomplished FP&A leader to assume a Director level position within the Group function of a high growth FMCG business based in London. Reporting into a Senior Director with significant exposure to the CFO, this role will see the successful candidate lead a small, high performing team through an exciting period of change and growth.
The FP&A Director plays a leading role in the FP&A function, collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders to drive group planning and reporting activities and deliver insight driven Executive Committee and Board ready performance analysis.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide insight and analysis on performance drivers and trends to enable an early understanding of business performance successes and challenges
- Lead and drive continuous improvement in delivery of the Annual Operating Plan, Forecast updates, and long-term 5 year Strategic Plan
- Develop a successful, integrated partnership with divisional FP&A teams to ensure aligned reporting and a philosophy of world-class performance management
- Play a lead role in the wider finance functional transformation, identifying opportunities to leverage new systems to improve insight driven reporting
