Interim HR Business Partner/HR Project Manager - SMCR
Our client, international financial services organisation, require an immediately available HR Business Partner or HR Project Manager to join them and support them on the next phase of the SMCR programme currently in place. This role will support the existing project team with all HR elements relating to the SMCR as the December deadline approaches.
The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of the conduct rules, be immediately available, have a hands-on approach, and the gravitas to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly.
Please note that it is essential that you have both SMCR and financial services experience to be considered for this role.
