Interim Talent Manager
Our client, a leading Professional Services firm, is looking for an Interim Talent Manager for a 4-month assignment working on their global Succession Planning and Performance Management approach. This exciting role will be working with the global Partners to identify where succession planning needs to improve, create the correct approach across the firm and form the appropriate action plan to implement firm wide. The successful candidate will come from a Professional Services background and will have had experience with implementing global Talent Management processes.
