Interim Head of Talent
Our client, a global business services provider, have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Talent to join them on a fixed term basis. The business has been through a large transformation and is focusing on what the future looks like for them, and this role is a pivotal piece for them. The Head of Talent role will be responsible for the full end to end strategy which incorporates early careers through to high potentials, will also work closely with senior stakeholders to plan succession, and as a result support those identified with ongoing development. The current talent management process will also need to be assessed for any improvements and gaps to mitigate risk and allow success along with collaboration with internal stakeholders to communicate a clear talent plan/path for all.
The successful candidate will be a proven Head of Talent and will have worked within a high volume environment before, they will also have had previous experience of managing full early entry processes and have had experience of working with SuccessFactors or another digital talent programme.
